Romantic holiday

A holiday for two, which should be the most romantic time of your lives – I know what to do with that! I know that Blanca and her husband like being in a small-scale and quiet place, just like me, so the countryside is the perfect place for them. I think back to the agriturismo I visited last year with that great view over the rolling landscape. They can have a glass of wine together while the sun disappears behind the hills – or disappear into each other's eyes… Yes, it will be! That's the perfect vacation for two.

Honeymoon in Italy 

A few months later, along with the other wedding guests, I wave goodbye to Blanca and Cristobal. They leave with a rental car on a road trip through Italy, passing small-scale, unique locations that I have devised for them, to end up at the agriturismo I had in mind. They spend their wedding night in the small bed and breakfast nearby. As soon as they are out of sight, I call the owner. “Did you manage with the candles, the roses, and the champagne?”
