Between the quiet and wooded hills of Sicily, I let myself be pampered in the wellness center of Hotel Borgo Pantano. This unique accommodation went from a small place where farm life reigned supreme, to a stylish hotel with a good dose of modernity and luxury. And on the Greek island of Rhodes, there was nothing missing from my holiday at the luxurious Hotel Kouros, where I enjoyed traditional Greek dishes in the nearby restaurant.
