Unique holiday residences in the local style, situated in a quiet, beautiful environment away from the crowds. We know that there are countless spots that are yet to be discovered.

There are a few conditions for a possible collaboration:

• There is a (private) swimming pool or one will be installed in the (near) future.
• The property is not too close to a busy road. We do not want our guests to be bothered by traffic noise. The same goes for construction sites or loud venues, of course!
• The property is located near a village or town with several restaurants, a supermarket and some shops. No more than 5 or 6 kilometres.
• The property is not too far from the coast, let's say a maximum of one hour's drive. This, incidentally, does not apply to Tuscany and Umbria.
• We love holiday accommodations in the style of the country or region, whether completely authentic or very modern.
• We find some privacy for our guests very important, for example in the form of a private terrace.
• The property is located in a country around the Mediterranean Sea, no more than 2 hours' drive from the closest airport we currently fly to.
• You have a website where we can find a full presentation of your accommodation.
• For the Dutch Market, we ask for exclusivity from our accommodation partners.
