Booking your holiday with us, automatically means that you agree to our terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you read these conditions carefully before finalising your booking. It is also important that you are aware of the travel conditions of our partners involved in your holiday and that you have read all the travel information on the website.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Our offering on the website is without obligation and can be revoked if necessary. Revocation due to correction of errors in the calculation of, for example, the travel sum or due to other errors is permitted. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible, but in any event within 24 hours (for journeys to Europe and the Mediterranean countries) or within 48 hours (for journeys to other destinations) of the day of acceptance, with valid reasons. If the traveller accepts the offer over the weekend, the period for cancellation by the tour operator starts at midnight on Sunday. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
Obvious errors
Obvious mistakes or errors may occur when offering or booking our trips. If these are recognisable as such, from the perspective of the average traveller, these errors or mistakes are not binding .
