Which travel document will I receive and when will I receive them?

Your travel documents consist of a car rental voucher, accommodation voucher and flight tickets. After you made your booking you will receive an email with the invoice. This email also contains instructions on how to log in to My Eliza, where you can find information about your booking. 


Your tickets and vouchers will be sent to you about 7 days before departure via email, as long as the payment has been received in full. Furthermore, your tickets and vouchers will be placed on your My Eliza account.


These vouchers will contain all the information that you will need during your holiday. You can open the travel documents digitally as a PDF or print them out from your My Eliza account and show them if necessary. If you make a change to the booking after you have received the first version of the vouchers, you will get an updated version. 


If you have booked a last minute holiday with departure within one week, we will ensure that the travel documents are ready in your My Eliza account as soon as possible after the payment.
