How do I get a login name and password for My Eliza?

As soon as you have made a booking, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your username and a link to your My Eliza account where you can create a password. Please note that you must choose a password that you have not used before for a holiday with Eliza was here. Do you have 2 or more holidays in prospect with us? You will find all your bookings in your My Eliza account.


Did you already make a booking? Then you can log in with your current data.


Please note: sometimes it can happen for technical reasons that our system does not recognize your data. Please contact us if you have trouble with logging into your My Eliza account.
