Which documents do I receive for my car rental and when?

- Your travel documents include a voucher for your rental car, one for your accommodation, and your plane tickets. After booking, you'll receive an email with an invoice. This email includes instructions on how to log in to My Eliza, where you find all of the details about your trip.


Once we have received your payment, your travel documents become available in My Eliza about 1 week before you travel. 


- You can access your travel documents as a PDF file and show or email them if required.

- Have you booked a last-minute holiday departing within 1 week? We will make your travel documents available in My Eliza as soon as we've received your payment.
