Do I need to take out an insurance for a rental car?

The rental car is all risk insured. However, this insurance doesn’t cover the damage caused by misuse, loss of keys or car papers, fines, damage to the interior or personal belongings.

In the event of a fine, the car rental company will charge an administration fee on top of the fine.
